Created for use in the Leopard Challenge for police officers, the Handcuffing Police Training Manikin by Simulaids incorporates a large body style and softer arms parts so that handcuffing behind the back is possible. Patterned after the Combat Challenge manikin, this unit also weighs in at 165 lbs. (75 Kgs). Measures 55" x 27" x 13". Shorts are included.
